Mark Laing established Fast Track Coaching in 2001 with the goal of providing practical business solutions that delivered high value results for clients. Mark has over eight years experience in coaching small business operators in improving their performance and achieving their goals. Mark’s focus has always been on providing a service that generates tangible results for clients.

Mark has over fifteen years management experience in the personnel and financial services industries. He has held both State and National roles with responsibilities for multi-million dollar operations and, in one role, for over a thousand staff. Mark has been responsible for the ongoing development and training of dozens of executives and sales representatives.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, and an MBA majoring in Finance.

With over seven years experience in working with small to medium businesses Mark developed the FORMIDABLE Business program that can be used by business operators to advance their businesses and themselves. All of these ideas and strategies have been tested and proven in a wide range of businesses.

Gary Weigh

Gary is an experienced business coach with a Masters in Financial  Planning.  He is based inBrisbane. Since 1985 he has worked in the private sector as a business adviser.  These roles have involved him working with accounting practices and business advising firms, such as Ernst & Young, in assisting their small to medium sized business clients with;

•     Working smarter in their businesses to achieve their goals

•     Business plans, budgets and refinancing applications

•     Solving financial (management accounting) problems

•     Cost & breakeven analysis

•     Financial evaluation of client projects, expansion plans and inventions
