quality of coaching services to clients. We will always provide a
service tailored to the specific needs of each client. At the
same time we recognise the need to provide clients with the highest
level of return on their investment in our coaching service whilst
minimising risk. We believe in a fair and transparent
relationship that is supported by a service
guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
the quality of the coaching service provided, you can choose not to
pay the invoice for the previous meeting, provided we are given
notice within 30 days.
This guarantee applies to the services
provided by Fast Track Coaching. There is no guarantee made
by Fast Track Coaching as to the specific results that will be
achieved through a coaching assignment. Whilst our clients do
achieve significant benefits from the processes, techniques,
training and coaching provided through our service; the nature of
coaching and the reliance on the operator to take action, means we
are unable to offer any guarantees as to the specific results that
will be achieved.
The role of the coach is to assist the
client with issues in the business but it is not the responsibility
of the coach to make decisions on behalf of the client or to ‘run’
the business. The ultimate responsibility for results always
rests with the client.
